This year’s edition of A taste for skiing places the world of plants at the heart of the programme. Herbs, roots, vegetables, flowers, seeds and fruits provide inspiration for the participating chefs, who will interpret these ingredients creatively in dishes served at Alta Badia’s mountain huts. The theme also highlights the close relationship between nature and the changing seasons, elements that have always been deeply connected to the mountains and their culinary traditions.
